Mahmoud Nour El Din
Specialization and experience:Mr. Mahmoud Nour El Din currently serves as the Senior Legal Advisor in the group at the office based in Kuwait. In this respect, he has advanced experience in law for more than 33 years. He obtained bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University in 1985. Moreover, Mr. Mahmoud gained a vast experiences in the disputes of marine law, any disagreements relevant to the commercial and administrative issues, as well as setting up finance corporations, individuals, follow up the establishment during the ordinary general meeting and the extraordinary general meetings in addition to approving them by the competent authorities.

Specialization and experience:Mr. Abdurrahamn Esmaeel has more than 28-year-experince in the scope of advocacy, legal consultation and contracts drafting especially corporate, banking and financial sectors with a a further experience in medical and oil areas, whereupon he contributed to providing much commercial advice, setting regulations and legal policies for the leading investing corporations working in Kuwait. Mr. Abdurrahamn Esmaeel primarily focuses on developing the legal entity of the investing corporations.

In the same vein, he provided miscellaneous civil and commercial consultations, contracting agreements, public bids for the private and public sectors, drafting the investment contracts, the control of legal and commercial affairs of companies and investors inside Kuwait and the preparations of developing investment as per the requirements of the companies carrying out their business in Kuwait. Mr. Magdi Megahed primarily focuses on drafting the investment contract and on providing his opinion in these contracts in respect of the commercial aspects of corporations, investment, taxes, labour law, relevant laws and financial and corporate crime laws.
