
Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Tawfiq is a lawyer and the executive partner of the Cairo office of Taher Group Law Firm. He holds a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Alexandria, Faculty of Law obtained in the year 1984. He is registered to practice before all the courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of Cassation. He is a lawyer and legal adviser to many individuals, companies, institutions and educational bodies within and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt . He has provided many legal consultations in the fields of investment, corporate, real estate, taxation and labor law.

Mr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a lawyer and consultant who has represented many companies and organizations active in the field of investment, trade, taxes and labor law within the Arab Republic of Egypt. He has long standing experience in regulating the affairs of companies legally including the management of public associations of joint stock companies as well as the management of the legal affairs of foreign companies operating in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He is also experienced in the follow-up procedures of the legal affairs of companies involved with the Egyptian Tax Authority, where he has submitted tax returns and filed appeals related to taxes and tax decisions for large companies. He is also experienced in handling residency matters for workers/employees and residents in the Arab Republic of Egypt. During his work in the management of the legal affairs of the property of foreigners in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr. Ahmed also managed the real estate properties of the Latin Catholic Church and it’s educational institutions in Egypt
