Mr. Mahmoud Nour El Din currently serves as the Senior Legal Advisor in the group at the office based in Kuwait. In this respect, he has advanced experience in law for more than 33 years. He obtained bachelor’s degree in law from Cairo University in 1985. Moreover, Mr. Mahmoud gained a vast experiences in the disputes of marine law, any disagreements relevant to the commercial and administrative issues, as well as setting up finance corporations, individuals, follow up the establishment during the ordinary general meeting and the extraordinary general meetings in addition to approving them by the competent authorities.
