Mr. Majed Oudah has been the “Head of the Department of Court delegates and Follow-up of Taher Group Law Firm since its establishment in 1969. He has functioned as the secretary of the lawyer's office of Dr. Jamal al-Din Attia, the founder of the group in 1962. Then, he joined the Taher Group after the merger of the office of Dr. Jamal Attia with Taher Group Law Firm in the year 1969. He then assumed work as the Head of the Department of Court delegates with the Group since 1969 and continues till date. He oversees the management of the court cases with the lawyers and organizes the affairs of the Litigation Department in all its details such as court sessions and experts in addition to overseeing the legal administrative work and the executive mandatory procedures.
Specialization and experience:
A number of seminars were held at the Palace of Justice at the request of the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association regarding the work of the Lawyers 'Association and the administrative work of the Lawyers' Secretariat. He obtained training certificates for the TQM system according to the requirements of the international quality system (ISO 9001). He obtained several training certificates from different incentive program conducted at the law firm. Mr. Abdul Aziz Taher and members of the Taher Group commend his work as well as his continued efforts in contributing to Taher Group Law Firm for more than 50 years of his support to the group.
