Mr. Abdurrahman Esmaeel currently serves as the Senior Legal Advisor in the group in Kuwait. In this respect, he has advanced experience in law for more than 28 years. He obtained bachelor’s degree in law from Ein Shams University (Cairo) in 1990. Mr. Abdurrahamn has vast experience in the investment laws related to oil and medical sectors. His expertise drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate contracts.

Mr. Abdurrahamn Esmaeel has more than 28-year-experince in the scope of advocacy, legal consultation and contracts drafting especially corporate, banking and financial sectors with a a further experience in medical and oil areas, whereupon he contributed to providing much commercial advice, setting regulations and legal policies for the leading investing corporations working in Kuwait. Mr. Abdurrahamn Esmaeel primarily focuses on developing the legal entity of the investing corporations.
