Mrs. Sakina Alkout graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University from the Arab Republic of Egypt. She has also obtained a high diploma in social services in 1974. She is a well known artist at the local, Arab and international levels. She has held many art exhibitions locally and regionally in the Arab Countries. Mrs. Alkout has been functioning as the Director of Media and Public Relations at the Taher Group Law Firm since 1985. She has made a number of contributions to the “Public Welfare Association” through her activities in the “Public Relations Department of the Kuwaiti Society for Fine Arts”. She has also actively participated in the artistic and cultural activities and events organized by the “National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature”. Due to her vast and lengthy experience which has extended over a period of fifty years, Mrs. Alkout has enhanced and has given a boost to the communication and media activities of “Taher Group Law Firm” to play a major role in the development and legal awareness in the community.

She has gained vast experience in the field of internal and external public relations through her artistic and media performances both in the activities of the “National Council for Culture, Arts and Media” in Kuwait as well as at the “Kuwaiti Society of Fine Arts”. Mrs. Alkout was assigned a role as manager of the media and public relations activities of “Taher Group Law Firm” based on her extensive experience which extends for more than 50 years for now in an attempt to boost the group’s role in supporting public awareness through its role and duties which was achieved by Mrs. Alkout through her active and responsible role through professional mode of communication. Mrs. Alkout has also worked to achieve the intellectual integration of individuals and their legal actions towards their rights and duties prescribed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Mrs. Alkout aimed at achieving accuracy, documenting information and the identification of the legal responsibility and its sources to consolidate the principle of “the rule of law".
