Taher Group for Training organized a special workshop for CINET’s Board of Directors on the new governance framework.
Taher Group for Training organized a specialized workshop titled “The New Framework for Governance in Credit Information Companies – An Analysis of Governance Rules and Systems in Accordance with the Central Bank of Kuwait’s Directives”, for the benefit of Credit Information Network Company (Ci-Net), with the participation of the Chairperson, Board Members, and the Executive Management.
The workshop was delivered by Attorney Abdulaziz Taher Al-Khateeb and Dr. Fawaz Khaled Al-Khateeb.
Ci-Net Chairperson, Ms. Alia Bader Al-Humaidhi, affirmed that holding interactive workshops on corporate governance represents a strategic priority for the Board of Directors.
For his part, Vice Chairman of Ci-Net, Mr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Kharafi, stated that the workshop reflects Ci-Net’s continued commitment to applying corporate governance principles and adhering to regulatory directives.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Attorney Abdulaziz Taher Al-Khateeb, Chairman of Taher Group, stated:
“We are proud to have organized this workshop for Ci-Net, which stands as a shield protecting the national economy.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Fawaz Khaled Al-Khateeb concluded by saying:
