He boasts an impressive law career spanning over 28 years and is a proud graduate of Ain Shams University, Cairo, where he obtained his Bachelor's degree in law in 1990.

Mr. Esmaeel's extensive 28-year legal journey has provided him with in-depth knowledge in the areas of advocacy, legal consultation, and contract drafting, with a particular emphasis on corporate, banking, and financial sectors. In addition, he has valuable experience in the medical and oil sectors. His contributions have been integral in providing commercial advice, establishing regulations, and setting legal policies for leading investment corporations operating in Kuwait.
Mr. Esmaeel primarily focuses on evolving the legal entities of these corporations, bolstering their regulatory compliance and strategic growth.
