In line with its ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of governance and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy, Taher Group Law Firm, a renowned legal consultancy and law firm, in collaboration with Taher Group For Training, has organized a specialized training course titled "Confidentiality Policies and Handling Sensitive Documents and Information." The course was specifically designed for administrative leaders and department heads.

Held at the Taher Group For Training headquarters in Al Raya Center, the course covered critical topics such as the legal regulations governing the circulation of sensitive documents, procedures for the secure storage, transfer, and disposal of such documents, differentiation of types of information, and data protection mechanisms in accordance with established legal and regulatory frameworks.

This initiative is part of an ongoing training program aimed at instilling professional confidentiality as a cornerstone of legal practice, ensuring the protection of client privacy and data, and bolstering institutional competence in addressing both digital and legislative challenges.

The legal management emphasized that the firm’s confidentiality policy explicitly asserts: "Confidentiality is absolute and sacred, encompassing all facts and information of a personal, substantive, or formal nature, at all times and under any circumstance." This statement underscores the firm’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of all information related to clients, cases, and internal operations, whether written, electronic, or verbal.

Participants in the training course expressed appreciation for the practical and applied nature of the content, which addressed critical questions such as the commencement of the duty of confidentiality, the scope and extent of this duty, the legal consequences of breaches of confidentiality, and the judiciary's stance on such violations. Participants also highlighted the importance of integrating these practices into the workplace to ensure professional compliance, protect the organization’s reputation, and preserve client trust.

In line with this initiative, executive management plans to continue offering regular workshops and awareness programs to ensure the effective implementation of these policies and to foster a corporate culture based on confidentiality, discipline, and professional responsibility.

في إطار التزامها المستمر بترسيخ ثقافة الحوكمة وتعزيز الامتثال لأعلى معايير السرية والخصوصية، نظّمت شركة مجموعة طاهر القانونية للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية، بالتعاون مع تاغ إنترناشيونال أكاديمي، دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان: "سياسات السرية والتعامل مع الوثائق والمعلومات الحساسة"، استهدفت القيادات الإدارية ورؤساء الأقسام. تناولت الدورة – التي عُقدت في مقر شركة تاغ انترناشونال في شرق بمركز الراية محاور رئيسية شملت ضوابط تداول الوثائق الحساسة، وإجراءات حفظها ونقلها وإتلافها، وتمييز أنواع المعلومات، وآليات حماية البيانات وفق الأطر القانونية والتنظيمية المعتمدة. 

وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن برنامج تدريبي يستهدف ترسيخ مبدأ السرية المهنية بوصفه ركيزة أساسية في العمل القانوني، بما يضمن حماية خصوصية العملاء وبياناتهم، ويعزّز كفاءة التعامل المؤسسي مع التحديات الرقمية والتشريعية. 

وقد أكدت الإدارة القانونية أن سياسة السرية المعتمدة تنص بوضوح على أن "السرية مطلقة ومقدسة، وتشمل دون استثناء جميع الوقائع والمعلومات ذات الطبيعة الشخصية أو الموضوعية أو الشكلية، في جميع الأوقات وتحت أي ظرف." 

وهو شعار يعكس الالتزام الصارم بعدم تداول أو إفشاء أي معلومات تتعلق بالعملاء أو القضايا أو العمليات الداخلية، سواء كانت مكتوبة أو إلكترونية أو شفهية. وأعرب المشاركون عن تقديرهم للمحتوى العملي والتطبيقي للدورة، حيث تناولت الدورة أسئلة مثل متى يبدأ واجب السرية، وما هو مدى ونطاقه، وما هي آثار انتهاك السرية وتوجه المحاكم تجاه ذلك، مؤكدين أهمية تعميم هذه الممارسات داخل بيئة العمل لضمان الامتثال المهني، وحماية سمعة الشركة وثقة عملائها.وتعتزم الإدارة التنفيذية مواصلة تنفيذ ورش عمل وبرامج توعوية دورية، لضمان التطبيق الفعّال لهذه السياسات، وترسيخ ثقافة مؤسسية قائمة على السرية والانضباط والمسؤولية المهنية
